Feeling like yourself after giving birth is probably one of the most challenging parts of being pregnant, I like to help move things along a little quicker with the help of these 'tricks of the trade'.
1. The belly bandit. hands down the best thing you can do for your body after giving birth. I saw results immediately.
2. The hipslimmer. the whole hip stretching thing was a complete shock to me the first time around, so this time I prepared myself.. with this. (it's not the most comfortable thing, but it works.)
3. Breastfeeding. no one will deny it's hard work, but man does it burn some calories. (and you can burn them while you sit on the couch watching a movie! you can't beat that!)
